Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Camden, ME is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and lead nursing units on shift. You will ensure efficient and compliant care delivery, mentor staff, and help maintain safe, 24/7 nursing coverage while minimizing overtime.

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of 3 years clinical experience (2+ in long-term care) with supervisory exposure, and current BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years full-time clinical experience; 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory duties.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing and support care delivery on shift.
• Lead clinical operations of nursing units and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and staff optimization.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to staff for safe 24/7 care and limit overtime.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and promotions.
• M-F on-call 3p–11p.
