Job summary

Genesis in Wayne, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and lead nursing units on the 3–11pm shift. The role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality care and achieving positive clinical outcomes while ensuring staff satisfaction.

You will oversee staffing to provide 24/7 care, participate in recruitment and staff development, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; two years in long-term care nursing with one year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of the nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring policy, standards and regulations compliance.
• Facilitate the care delivery model implementation and processes.
