Genesis HealthCare in Camden, Maine, is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and lead the clinical operations on the assigned shift. You will ensure high-quality, compliant nursing care and oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance. The role requires strong clinical experience in long-term care and a current RN license.

BSN preferred; must maintain current BLS/CPR certification. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• Minimum three years of full-time clinical experience; two years in long-term care with one year in management/supervisory capacity preferred.
• BSN preferred; must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for 24/7 safe care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentor staff, and promotions decisions.
• M-F rotation on call 3p to 11p.
