Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead and supervise caregivers in home-based care, focusing on care planning and guidance rather than daily hands-on tasks.

You’ll balance clinical and administrative duties, implement individualized plans per physician orders, review documentation, and support staff through training and regular supervisory visits. A strong license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN with current state license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience and 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise caregivers, ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Develop and implement Plan of Care per Physician orders.
• Review nursing documentation and MARs for compliance.
• Conduct supervisory visits and caregiver competency assessments.
• Provide training for caregivers and nurses as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous improvement activities.
