All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead and supervise caregivers in home-based care, without providing continuous daily hands-on care. The role blends clinical expertise with administrative oversight to ensure high-quality plans and outcomes.

You will develop and monitor care plans, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards while supporting families in the Augusta area.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• 2+ years clinical experience with at least 1 year in management/supervisory role.
• Current or multi-state license in compliance with state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures compliance.
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting.
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse follows Physician's orders.
• Review MARs and medication profiles to match Physicians orders.
• Follows policies and procedures per operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Completes supervisory visits including plan of care review and caregiver competency assessments.
• Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required.
• Participates in staff meetings and in-services.

External Job Description

In this role, you'll focus on care planning, providing guidance and expertise to ensure our clients receive top-notch care in the comfort of their own homes. You'll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that’s impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care.

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures compliance
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician's orders
• Reviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation
• Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required
• Participates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as required

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role
• Current or multi state license in compliance with the state regulations
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
