All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead and supervise care teams in the home setting, without delivering constant daily hands-on care. If you are looking to lead and share your skills with others, this could be the opportunity for you!

Qualifications

• RN degree and active state license required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work independently with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create patient Plan of Care per Physician orders and ensure compliance.
• Provide nursing supervision for individuals in a home setting.
• Review nursing documentation to ensure field staff follow orders.
• Review MARs and medication profiles to match physician orders.
• Complete supervisory visits and caregiver competency assessments.
• Train caregivers and nurses as required.

External Job Description

In this role, you’ll focus on care planning, providing guidance and expertise to ensure our clients receive top‑notch care in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that’s impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care.

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician’s orders and ensures compliance
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician’s orders
• Reviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation
• Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required
• Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as required

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role
• Current or multi state license in compliance with the state regulations
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
