Zusammenfassung

The Ivy Park Post Acute network’s Shadyside SNF Healthcare LLC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty, ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and local standards and the directives of the DON/ADON where applicable.

You will oversee the nursing service department, participate in policy development, audit procedures, and coordinate with other teams to maintain the highest quality care for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2 years or more experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Interpret and apply Nursing Service policies and procedures; report to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Participate in development and maintenance of the facility's quality assurance program for nursing services.
