Job summary

IVYPARK in is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and ensure care complies with applicable federal, state, and local standards during your tour of duty.

The role includes assisting in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual while coordinating with other resident services and contributing to discharge planning. PRN opportunities are available within our network.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily nursing activities in the facility.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing policies.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
• Contribute to discharge planning and resident care plans.
• Attend committee meetings related to nursing programs.
