Job summary

IVYPARK in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities across our long-term care facility during tours of duty. Qualifications

• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Coordinate resident care and supervise LVN/LPN Nurses and CNAs.
• Review and implement care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist physicians during visits and coordinate medical emergencies.
• Lead orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Maintain infection control practices and participate in QA program.
