IVYPARK in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities across our long-term care facility during tours of duty. You will ensure care quality, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians under DON/ADON guidance to meet federal, state, and local standards.
The role emphasizes supervision, rounds, handling emergencies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. A BSN and 2+ years in LTC with supervisory experience are required; PCC EHR experience is
Competenze
- BSN or higher nursing degree required.
- Minimum 2 years in long-term care and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- Ability to read and interpret regulations.
Mansioni
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
- Coordinate resident care and supervise LVN/LPN Nurses and CNAs.
- Review and implement care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist physicians during visits and coordinate medical emergencies.
- Lead orientation and ongoing staff training.
- Maintain infection control practices and participate in QA program.
