Job summary

IVYPARK in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and support the Director of Nursing. This role requires coordinating resident care and supervising IV administration, nursing staff, and clinical teams.

You will participate in staff orientation and ongoing training, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians, therapies, and ancillary services to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSN degree in Nursing and RN license.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the facility.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Manage IV administration and supervise nursing staff.
• Provide training and guidance to LVN/LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond to call signals and monitor changes in patient condition.
