FOREST GROVE POST ACUTE is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty. You will ensure care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, and you will coordinate with the DON/ADON when applicable to maintain the highest quality of care for residents.

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.
• Two years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Current active RN license in the state and CPR certification.
