Job summary

West Oaks Senior Care & Rehab in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise the nursing team, perform rounds with patients, and deliver skilled care across multiple specialties in a robust interdisciplinary setting.

You will lead clinical care, ensure documentation and reporting, and uphold compassionate, high‑quality service for residents and families. It is a full‑time role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Michigan; CPR/BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Strong customer service, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise the nursing team and guide clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and assignments.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
• Instruct the team on the skilled-care process and act as a clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
