You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, evaluate nursing activities, mentor teammates, and serve as a liaison among staff, physicians, and departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• BSN degree preferred with supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical skills and patient care focus.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, uphold quality standards and policies.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient services.
