Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing staff, supervise during shifts, and ensure high-quality geriatric care.

The role involves assisting the Director of Nursing, directing Nursing Services, on-call duties, and adherence to regulations. CPR certification and LTCH experience are valued; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse, licensed in NC; license renewal every other year.
• Provide quality nursing care and follow doctor orders.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure timely work.
• Read and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct nursing staff during shifts.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating and supervising Nursing Services.
• Oversee Nursing services during shifts per policies and regulations.
• Supervise and assist Nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Address employee problems promptly and document actions.
• Assume on-call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
