Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct nursing staff during shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Oversee Nursing services during shifts in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise and assist nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and document actions.
• Assumes on-call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
