Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Matthews, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and direct patient care across shifts. The RN will supervise the facility, coordinate nursing services, and ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.

The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license, CPR certification, and has geriatric/long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with NC Board renewal.
• CPR certification annually.
• Geriatric/long-term care experience preferred.
• Supervisory leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct nursing staff during the shift.
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating and supervising Nursing Services.
• Supervise Nursing services for the Facility during shift in compliance with laws and policies.
• Supervise and assist Nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and document actions.
• Assume on-call responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
