Job summary

One You Love Homecare Southeast Charlotte seeks a Registered Nurse to develop and oversee individualized care plans for clients receiving non-medical home care services. You will lead supervisory visits, train caregivers, and ensure quality while complying with agency standards.

The role emphasizes client-centered assessment, regular plan updates, and collaboration with families to coordinate care across services.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in North Carolina.
• 1–2 years nursing experience, home care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Familiarity with state home care regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans for clients.
• Perform supervisory visits to assess caregiver performance and ensure plan adherence.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Document assessments, updates, and visits per regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and families to adjust care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
