Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. in Florida seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood.

You will coordinate assignments, schedule staffing, and support the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel to ensure high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least two years with supervisory responsibilities, CPR certification, and strong nursing principles

Qualifications

• Active RN license in-state
• At least 2 years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct and indirect nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed
