Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee direct and indirect nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

You will prepare and coordinate assignments and schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, and demonstrates advanced nursing knowledge with a focus on long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills
• Must have long-term care experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules and arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel performance.

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills
• Must have long-term care experience

Pay Range

$36.05 - $46.19 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
