Job summary

Liberty Senior Living in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee the Nursing Services Department during shifts and ensure high-quality patient care in a geriatric setting.

You will supervise staff, assist the Director of Nursing, maintain compliance with Nursing Practice Act and policies, and participate in on-call duties. Active NC RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina (active)
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Experience in geriatric nursing setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Facility and direct nursing staff during the shift to assure best patient care
• Assist Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating and supervising Nursing Services
• Supervise Nursing services for the Facility during shift in accordance with laws and policies
• Supervise and assist Nurses with patients during acute episodes
• Manage employee issues promptly and document actions; assume on-call responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned
