Job summary

Liberty Health in Pinehurst, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the Nursing Services Department and supervise staff on shift. The role requires NC RN licensure, CPR certification, and a commitment to high-quality geriatric patient care.

You will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate nursing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle on-call duties as needed. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in NC, CPR certification preferred
• Strong leadership and supervision of nursing staff
• Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures and regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure high quality patient care
• Assist Director of Nursing with directing and coordinating Nursing Services
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and facility policies
• Supervise care during acute episodes and assist patients as needed
• Handle staff issues promptly and document actions; participate in on-call rotations
