Job summary

Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (11pm-7am) in New Jersey. Lead nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance in a sub-acute/long-term care setting.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Training is provided for supervisory duties; health benefits and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families and regulators.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
