Job summary

The role requires strong nursing leadership, Virginia RN licensure, a BSN, and several years of acute care and management experience. You will coordinate problem-solving across departments and maintain service quality during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible or compact state.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of acute care clinical experience and minimum of two (2) years of nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist hospital staff in problem-solving service delivery issues across departments.
• Oversee nursing care and coordinate with medical teams to maintain patient safety.
