Job summary

Delphi Technologies in Bonham, Texas is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in our facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and providing leadership to the nursing team.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Degree, a current RN license, and prior supervisory experience in long-term care. This full-time role emphasizes coordination, evaluation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
