Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care setting in Bay Minette, Alabama.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and coordinate patient care to maintain high-quality outcomes. A nursing degree and active RN license in Alabama are required, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.


• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.


• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.


• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
