CHRISTUS Health seeks an RN Supervisor to manage nursing operations with a focus on safe, high‑quality patient care. You will assist leadership in planning, evaluating, and improving department processes and performance across the Emergency Department in Texas and New Mexico.

The role emphasizes 24‑hour supervision and collaboration with clinical and ancillary teams, aiming to meet quality, safety, and service goals while managing resources and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• Previous Lead or Supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units is preferred.
• Previous healthcare management experience is preferred.
• Current ACLS certification is required.
• Current PALS certification is required.
• Current TNCC certification is required.
• RN license in state of employment or a compact state.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring programs and practices for safe and efficient quality nursing care for patients and their families.
• Ensuring consistent application of nursing services policies and standards throughout the organization.

• Overseeing the performance of teams; identifying and addressing staff training and development needs.
