Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations in the Emergency Department. You will support the Director in planning, evaluating, and communicating processes to strengthen nursing services and meet quality, financial, and safety goals.

The role requires 2 years of clinical care experience, prior lead/supervisor experience, and current RN license with BLS; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• Previous Lead or Supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare management preferred.
