Job summary
Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals. The RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable well-being in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.
On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Active RN license in good standing.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, current during employment.
Responsibilities
- Implement and interpret department policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Demonstrate sound reasoning and good judgment.
- Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
