Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN will deliver quality nursing care, assess patient needs, and revise care plans to support patients’ highest practicable well-being in line with laws and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs and LPNs, coordinating with multi-disciplinary staff, and delivering compassionate, patient-focused care across our eldercare facilities.

Qualifications

Nursing diploma required (associate or bachelor)
Active RN license in good standing in the relevant state
One year geriatric nursing experience preferred
CPR certification on hire or during orientation; must remain current during employment

Responsibilities

Implement and interpret department programs, goals, policies and procedures
Provide high-quality nursing care and patient-centered service
Supervise CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis
Communicate and function effectively on an interdisciplinary team
