Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations and mentor nursing staff. You will oversee medication distribution, rounds, and ensure high-quality resident care on a leading healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring meds and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure staff duties comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership.
