Froedtert Health is seeking a Coordination Center RN Supervisor for their Menomonee Falls facility. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staffing resources, and collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 1.0. Standard Hours: 40.00. Shift: Shift 2. Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 3p to 11p.
The Coordination Center RN supervisor supports and collaborates with the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operational activities. This individual must be able to apply principles of leadership, customer service, and human relations in the overall supervision and coordination of staff with primary accountability during the PM shift. This role is responsible for managing staffing resources, coordination of quality improvement initiatives, recruitment, retention, hiring, managing performance, and supporting the growth of staff. The RN Supervisor ensures resources are available and all work is accomplished in accordance with policies and procedures. The RN supervisor performs introductory evaluations, mid-year and annual performance evaluations. Provides coaching for staff and teams. Manages staff relations concerns and partners appropriately with manager and HR. The RN Supervisor supports team scheduling/staffing, real-time data analytics, and Access Center call logs. The RN Supervisor acts as a clinical and support service resource for staff, physicians, and other internal/external customers assuring optimal team-based care. Other duties as assigned. This person may be delegated additional responsibilities as needed in the absence of the Manager.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care setting. Leadership experience (lead, charge, or formal leadership). ICU, Step-down, or ED RN experience. Quality improvement, process improvement, team building, problem solving and coaching experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required. Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Commitment to outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills desired.
Required current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi‑state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
