Mercy is seeking a dedicated nurse for Behavioral Health. The role supports planning, coordination and evaluation of patient care and operations within designated areas. You may serve as a clinical resource and, when needed, function as staff nurse and take on delegated managerial duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Must possess current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and assumes delegated managerial duties.

Skills

2 years patient care experience

RN license

BLS certification

Supervisor experience preferred

Education

Nursing degree (BSN preferred)

RN license required
