Job summary

Mercy St Louis Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care in designated areas. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients and may function as staff nurse and assume manager duties delegated by a supervisor.

This full-time role offers a Mon-Wed 10am-10pm schedule and 8 hours every other Thursday. Incentives include sign-on bonus up to $10,000, Stay Premium program, tuition assistance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Must hold a current RN license for hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients within the department.
• Perform duties as a staff nurse and take on managerial responsibilities as delegated by a manager.
