Job summary

Milton Nursing and Rehab Center in Milton, PA is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and educate patients and families on care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursing facility setting (new graduates welcome).
• Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment.
