Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care on evening and night shifts.

The role emphasizes care plan development, assessments, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, quality improvement, and mentorship. A PA RN license and prior RN leadership experience are required; a $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of LPNs and CNAs.

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices and foster a culture of excellence.
• Provide mentorship and support to new employees, promoting a culture of growth and development.
