Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the day shift who will supervise a team of nurses, implement care plans, and coordinate with the rehabilitation staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Experience in rehabilitation and long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to priorities
• Clinical skills to assess patient needs and develop care plans

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of nurses, directing tasks and providing guidance
• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality of care, identify areas for improvement
• Participate in hiring, training and evaluating nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
