Job summary

This full-time role offers a $50/hour wage, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, and on-demand/weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure quality care.
• Follow federal, state, and local standards and policies.
