Job summary

Riverwood Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team across all shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). The RN will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities under the Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating care, staff meetings, and timely reporting to improve resident outcomes. Florida-based facility with a focus on quality of life and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise nursing care across shifts.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
• Identify problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
