Job summary

Journey is seeking a compassionate Supervisor to oversee nursing services on a Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm schedule. You will lead a caring team, ensure quality care, and maintain compliance while fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and at least 2 years in direct care with 1+ year in nursing leadership. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of direct care experience in long-term, restorative, or geriatric settings as an RN.
• At least 1 year of nursing management experience and a current CPR certification.
• Meets all state licensing requirements with no disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Unit Management: Plan, organize, and direct nursing services while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Leadership and Development: Make staffing assignments, encourage professional development, and review documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Resident Care Coordination: Oversee resident assessments, ensure adequate supplies, and address grievances with timely reporting to the Director of Nursing.
