Job summary

Journey is seeking a Supervising RN to lead nursing services on a 7pm–7am shift in a Tucker, GA facility. You will oversee unit operations, ensure quality care, and foster a collaborative team environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a state RN license, has 2+ years of direct geriatric care, and at least 1 year in nursing management with CPR certification. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

• Minimum 2 years of direct care in long-term, restorative, or geriatric settings as an RN.

• Resident Care Coordination: Oversee resident assessments, ensure adequate supplies, and address grievances with timely reporting to the Director of Nursing.
