Job summary

Monroeville Post Acute is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Monroeville, PA. You will supervise nurses and CNAs, round, assess, and document residents, and ensure care meets standards under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in SNF is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including rounds, assessments and documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of nurses and CNAs.
• Ensure care meets state, federal and local standards under the Director of Nursing.
• Lead on the floor with a tenured, experienced team.
