Monroeville Post Acute is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Monroeville, PA. You will supervise nurses and CNAs, round, assess, and document residents, and ensure care meets standards under the Director of Nursing.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in SNF is ideal.

Your Day-to-Day

As a SUP, you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents by rounding, assessing, and documenting their current state. You'll also supervise the day-to-day activities of our nurses and CNAs. You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll lead on the floor with the backing of a tenured, experienced team.

What You'll Need

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing, and to remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
• Supervisory experience in a SNF is ideal
