Apploi is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Monongahela, PA to oversee clinical operations and mentor nursing staff. This full-time role offers a competitive wage from $43.00 per hour, an afternoon shift differential, and a $5,000 bonus.

You will lead RNs, LPNs, and STNAs, supervise daily unit operations, ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and drive staff development through onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, auditing, and staff management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to supervise RNs, LPNs, and STNAs to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily unit operations including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Audit medical records for HIPAA compliance and evaluate patient care plans.
• Lead staff orientation and ongoing clinical training and performance reviews.
