Peters Township Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities, collaborate with the DON/ADON, and ensure high standards of patient care. The role includes policy implementation, staff guidance, and reporting responsibilities in a 140-bed setting.

We offer pay activations (same day pay on request), shift differentials, PTO for birthdays, loan repayment programs, multiple health plans, telehealth, an HSA/FSA, and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2+ years experience preferably in a long term care facility.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and updating written policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with procedures and maintain quality of care.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary and communicate findings to the Director.
• Participate in facility surveys and discharge planning as required.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervisory support as needed.

Formation

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Current CPR certification

Active RN license in this state
