Graduate Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor in Pennsylvania to lead daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. You will provide clinical oversight, coordinate staff activities, and ensure compliance with physician orders and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Starting pay $38-$60 an hour (all inclusive)
