Job summary

Hurst Plaza Nursing and Rehab in Hurst, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts. You will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour and ensure care aligns with current standards, regulations, and resident safety and dignity.

Shifts are 7a-7p or 7p-7a, with Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required, along with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and active RN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with DON/ADON as needed.
• Maintain quality assurance and participate in care plan/discharge planning.
