Job summary

HURST in is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities in a long-term care setting. You will ensure care quality, document patient status, and collaborate with the DON/ADON to meet federal and state standards.

This full-time role features 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday. Compensation ranges from $36 to $40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the United States.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Ensure reference materials and Nursing Service Procedures Manual are current and compliant.
• Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to plan services, programs, and activities; admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
