Job summary

HURST in is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in a long-term care facility. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring care quality during your tour of duty.

Shifts are 12 hours, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Based on experience, salary ranges from $36 to $40 per hour. The RN will work under the DON/ADON and coordinate with nursing staff to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the state.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Must meet health requirements and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Assist in directing the nursing services and maintain adherence to policies.
• Participate in committee meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Contribute to discharge planning and coordination of resident care.
