Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to join our team in Towson, MD. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

The RN will deliver skilled care, monitor residents, and ensure plans are followed with accuracy and compassion. Qualified candidates hold a Maryland RN license with current BLS CPR, and possess strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled clinical care per the physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the POC.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulation compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high‑quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Maryland
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
