Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role in Catonsville, MD. You will lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight to staff on shift.

Responsibilities include supervising residents’ care, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Requires MD RN license and BLS CPR with 2+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required and in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare facility.

Schedule

Mondays & Fridays 3-11pm

Every Other Weekend 7am-3pm

$38 - $60 / hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Maryland
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
